Shipping policy

All of our products once ordered will be shipped within 0-2 weeks. if we do not meet this criteria, we will allow customers to either wait or receive a refund. Delivery issues are out of our hands, but we will do all in our power to ensure that you receive your goods. Please make sure the address and shipping information you enter is fully correct, if your order is returned by the shipper because of an error in the shipping information you have provided, we will charge a fee or $5 for domestic US orders and $20 for international if you wish for your order to be reshipped out to you. For international orders, shipping is typically more timely and delivery issues are more common, if you are outside the US please ensure your address is correct. If delivery issues do occur, we can refund orders/reship them given all of the information provided was correct.
