Refund/Return Policy

Once received, all products sales are final. Refunds must me made within 24 hours of order placement to be issued.

Shipping policy

All of our products once ordered will be shipped within 10-15 business days, if we do not meet this criteria, we will allow customers to either wait or receive a refund. Products will be shipped through USPS and shipping prices will be based on USPS rates. Delivery issues are out of our hands, but we will do all in our power to ensure that you receive your goods.  

Sizing/Material

Sizing and Materials our garments use are written under the product page of the designated product.

Damaged Items

Even though we work hard to make sure your product arrives in perfect condition, we recognize that unanticipated problems can happen. Please contact us if you discover any damage or flaws when your made-to-order garment arrives. We'll collaborate closely with you to take immediate action. Please send us evidence to help with our evaluation, along with any accompanying photos if at all feasible.
