Refund/Return Policy
Once received, all products sales are final. Refunds must be made within 24 hours of order placement to be issued. We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or variants, unless the sizing on your item is somehow incorrect and doesn't align with our provided size charts.
Shipping policy
All of our products once ordered will be shipped within 0-2 weeks. if we do not meet this criteria, we will allow customers to either wait or receive a refund. Delivery issues are out of our hands, but we will do all in our power to ensure that you receive your goods. Please make sure the address and shipping information you enter is fully correct, if your order is returned by the shipper because of an error in the shipping information you have provided, we will charge a fee or $5 for domestic orders and $15 for international if you wish for your order to be reshipped out to you. For international orders, shipping is typically more timely and delivery issues are more common, if you are outside the US please ensure your address is correct. If delivery issues do occur, we can refund orders/reship them given all of the information provided was correct.

Sizing and Materials our garments use are written under the product page of the designated product.
Damaged Items
Even though we work hard to make sure your product arrives in perfect condition, we recognize that unanticipated problems can happen. Please contact us if you discover any damage or flaws when your made-to-order garment arrives. We'll collaborate closely with you to take immediate action. Please send us evidence to help with our evaluation, along with any accompanying photos if at all feasible.
