Switch-Back Pants Shipping Update
We want to be fully transparent with you about where things stand with your Switch-Back Pants order.
As many of you know, a portion of our shipment has been held at U.S. Customs since March 3rd due to a documentation issue. This is something we have never experienced before, and we have spent the past 6+ weeks doing everything in our power to resolve it — contacting customs officials, coordinating with our freight forwarder, and pushing for release at every turn. This situation has been affecting a large number of importers due to ongoing changes in U.S. trade policy and increased customs scrutiny.
Despite our best efforts, the shipment has now been returned to our manufacturer and will not be released. We are deeply sorry.
Here is exactly what we are doing about it:
We have immediately placed a new production order and will be shipping via air freight this time instead of sea freight. Air freight is faster and far more reliable. Production has finished and shipped to me following a brief and unexpected manufacturing delay. and we are estimating your order will ship within a week or so. I genuinely believed the pants would ship around May 25th, that was not me telling you what you wanted to hear, it was what I truly expected based on what my manufacturer told me. Unfortunately, a last-minute quality issue was caught during final packaging that I was not informed about until after I had already communicated that date to you
We understand how frustrating delays like this can be, especially when you’ve been waiting longer than usual. This is not the standard we operate at, we typically ship orders much faster, do premade drops. and we sincerely appreciate your patience and your support of a smaller brand.

We want to give you full control over how you'd like to proceed.
Option 1 — Full Refund: If you no longer wish to wait, email us and we will process a full refund immediately, no questions asked.
Option 2 — Wait for your order: If you are willing to stick with us through this, we are incredibly grateful. We can offer an exclusive 20% off discount code for a future purchase as a thank you for your patience and a free Forager beanie or a free Lone-Pine hat, just email us with your order # and the color you want for the beanie or hat.
Green Colorway Update
The green Switch-Back Pants are unaffected and will as scheduled. If you ordered them they'll ship out within 5 days.
